SUMMARY
Vertive is seeking an analytical, results-oriented individual to support our Product, Online Marketing and Merchandising teams. This position requires excellent analytical skills, online marketing savvy, and strong knowledge of the Internet. You will be responsible for the day-to-day analytical needs of the product and marketing teams. You will gather, organize, validate, and analyze data, and prepare reports and actionable recommendations based on your findings. You will also be responsible for defining and executing ad hoc analytical projects and requests.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Data Analysis

Work with the Product team to analyze website traffic and usage, monitor visitor engagement and conversion, and measure performance of site features
Work with the Online Marketing team to monitor, analyze and report performance of Paid Search, SEO, social media, display, email and offline campaign performance across company owned websites
Work with the Merchandising team to analyze performance of merchant offers for users from different traffic sources
Make optimization recommendations to improve overall performance
Develop landing page test plans, measure performance, and make recommendations based on testing

Reporting

Help develop forecasting models, dashboards and reporting
Quickly identify causes when issues or unexpected results are identified in reporting
Effectively prioritize requests in accordance with business goals

Process Improvement

Develop business requirements for technical initiatives needed to support user tracking, internal reporting, and site testing
Conduct research on and provide insight into industry / competitive search trends using 3rd party data

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
The ideal candidate has:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, statistics, economics, or mathematics
At least 5 years experience in marketing, financial, operational, and/or statistical analysis, with at least 2 years of experience in an online business unit or at a consumer Internet company
Experience with online marketing, search engine marketing, web analytics, and/or paid search engine marketing
High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas and VBA) and SQL
Experience working with web analytics packages such as Google Analytics, Omniture Site Catalyst, or CoreMetrics
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to work individually or in a team environment
Eagerness to meet and exceed objectives, and take on more responsibility
Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

?Maintain weekly updates and synchronization so our system works and is current
?Track “potentials” coding in CRM enabling the management of shifting clinic dates and client needs
?Update the proposal database into the CRM, thus enabling each BA and field rep to see a complete proposal, contract status and sales history, BEFORE creating new proposals.
?Act as internal WCT DDS the “point person” to clients in their region. Communicate with clients daily on a range of issues. Set up, attend and participate in client conference calls, site visits and audits.
Infrastructure:
?Extract relevant data, design reports, validate reports for VP Business Development
?Design “metrics”, analyze trends, prepare reports, segment clients
?Interact with Finance on billing questions, MAS 90 output, MAS 90 interface with ACT (customer numbers, pricing)
